Refunds are only available within the first 3 weeks of term, with approval from the club Treasurer.

You will be advised by return email whether your application has been accepted. If your refund is approved, then a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please be patient. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your account.
If it has been 10 days since you received notice of your refund and you haven't seen a refund appear in your account, please email us: firstname.lastname@example.org.
